Deal Diary is a small, independent operation, so when you write to us a person reads it — not a ticketing system. We try to reply within a few business days.

Email us at [email protected].

What to write to us about

  • A correction. If we got a payout threshold, a cash-out minimum, or a piece of fine print wrong, we want to know. These numbers change without announcement and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
  • A deal worth covering. If you have found something that actually worked for you, tell us what it was and what it paid. We check before we write.
  • A question about something we wrote. If an app did not behave the way our article said it would, that is useful to us and we will look into it.
  • Press, partnerships and advertising. Same address, and please say which one in the subject line.
  • Anything about your email subscription. Every email we send also has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, which is the fastest route.

Corrections and accuracy

Cashback rates, cash-out minimums and app terms change constantly, and a money-saving article that has quietly gone stale is worse than no article. So every piece carries the date it was written, and where a figure comes from a company’s own terms we say so and say when we checked.

If you find something out of date or simply wrong, email us and we will fix it. Where a correction changes the advice rather than a typo, we note the change in the article instead of silently editing it.

Who you are writing to

Deal Diary is founded and run by Priya Desai, who covers cashback, price-tracking and smart shopping. She is joined by Hannah Brooks on groceries, meal planning and everyday budgeting, and Renee Carter on coupons and freebies. There is no media company behind it. You can read more about why we started on our About page.

A note on how we make money

Some of our links are affiliate links: if you sign up through one we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That is what keeps Deal Diary free to read. A commission never buys a recommendation, and if the fine print undercuts a deal we say so in the article even when it costs us. The full detail is on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
