What a kit is, and what it is not
A kit is the setup list. Our guides explain how something works and why; a kit is the twenty minutes of doing that follows, stripped down to the few things that actually carry the result. There is no email wall, no PDF to download and lose, and nothing to install beyond the free apps each kit names.
They exist because the failure point in money-saving advice is almost never comprehension. People understand that a receipt app pays them. What stops them is a fifty-item list with no indication of which three matter, so they do none of it. Each kit is deliberately short for that reason. Three to five things, in order, with the reason each one earns its place.
Who each one is for
The Cashback Starter Kit is for anyone who shops online or does a regular grocery run and is currently getting nothing back for it. It is set up once and then it works without you.
The Grocery Savings Cheat Sheet is for the household whose biggest movable bill is food, and who does not want couponing to become a hobby. It costs about fifteen minutes a week once it is running.
The Free Stuff and Get-Paid List is for spare time rather than spare money. Sample programs and opinion panels, with the ones that ask for a card number or a chain of partner offers left out.
The honest part
Some of the links in these kits are affiliate links, which means we may be paid a commission if you sign up through one. That is how the site stays free, and it is disclosed in full on our affiliate disclosure page. It changes nothing about what appears here: where a tool has a payout minimum, a hold period or a signup condition that affects whether the money is real, it is stated next to the tool rather than left out. Several things we recommend earn us nothing at all.
Everything in every kit is free to start and none of them require a card. If you follow a link and find otherwise, that is a mistake on our part and we would like to know. Our sourcing and corrections standards are set out on the about page.
